My name is Gerben Hoeve. As a Human Resources Specialist and Manager, I have years of experience in developing People & Organization. By combining this experience with clear communication, a pragmatic, hands-on approach, and out-of-the-box thinking, I function as a valuable Business Partner for managers, leaders, and their teams.

Over the years, I have been responsible for solving various HR challenges in different work environments. Feel free to take a look at my LinkedIn profile. From training to coaching programs, and from HR generalist to project leader, I have led growth projects and managed reorganizations.

Thanks to the variety of longer-term and shorter-term roles and projects, I can quickly understand company cultures, sense unwritten rules, and identify pain points. By looking at these with a fresh perspective, companies can quickly make progress in the development of individual employees or teams, and therefore the organization as a whole.

The three core elements of Hoeve Human Resources & Development are interim Human Resources Management, Leadership Development, and Project Management. These are deliberately broad terms but provide direction for the possibilities. Hoeve Human Resources & Development is the point of contact when it comes to the development of Human Resources, Teams, or Management. This goes beyond just the HR department. The goal is to elevate the HR role from an operational one to a tactical and strategic sparring partner.
